These terms apply when you install and use the OpsVibes software (the "panel") or visit opsvibes.com. By installing or using the panel, you agree to them.
1. What the panel is
OpsVibes is a control panel you install on your own server. It builds and deploys apps, manages domains, SSL, databases and backups, and can use AI through API keys you provide. The panel runs entirely on your server. We do not operate that server and have no access to it.
2. Your right to use it
You may install and use the panel on as many servers as you like, for personal or work use, at no cost. You may not resell the panel under another name or strip the OpsVibes branding to distribute it as your own product.
3. Your responsibilities
- Your server, data, domains and third-party accounts (GitHub, AI providers, S3, Google Drive…) belong to you and are managed by you.
- The install command runs as root and installs Docker and Traefik. Use a fresh server that is not running another panel or web server.
- You are responsible for the content, apps and data you host with the panel, and for following the laws that apply to you.
- Turn on backups and test them regularly. The panel helps you back up, but it does not replace checking your backups.
- Keep your panel password, API keys and secrets private.
4. AI features
AI features are optional and only run once you add an API key from a provider you choose. When used, the content needed for the request (for example build logs, configuration or what you type) is sent to that provider under its own terms. AI can be wrong. Important actions wait for your approval, and you are responsible for what you approve. API usage is billed to you directly by the provider.
5. Third-party services
The panel connects to services you configure, such as GitHub, Let's Encrypt, Docker Hub, the ghcr.io image registry, AI providers and backup storage. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible when they are unavailable or change.
6. Versions and updates
The panel is under active development and may change between versions. The panel tells you when a new version is available and only updates when you click. We may change, pause or stop developing the panel at any time. Installations already on your server keep running.
7. No warranty
The panel is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, including that it will run without interruption or errors, never lose data, or fit a particular purpose.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, OpsVibes and its developers are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from using or being unable to use the panel, including data loss, downtime or lost revenue.
9. Support
Support through email and GitHub is best effort, with no guaranteed response time.
10. Changes to these terms
When these terms change, we update this page and the date at the top. Continuing to use the panel after a change means you accept the new version.
